Homestead Village II is in the City of Centennial. Built in the early 1980s, the neighborhood and its landscaping have matured into a highly sought after location in the southern metropolitan area.
Homestead Village II is a neighborhood that attracts people interested in the maintenance free lifestyle. The neighborhood has 126 homes where neighbors get to know each other by going to the pool, participating in activities such as pool social events, book club, bridge club and other community/club activities. All newcomers receive a visit and formal welcome to the neighborhood.
Along with the pool which is open Memorial Day to Labor Day, the neighborhood is very close to the Willow Springs Open Space with access to other neighborhoods.
Homestead Village II is a short drive from shopping at Park Meadows Mall and the Streets at SouthGlenn which hosts a variety of retail shops and dining. Downtown Denver is close via car or public transportation. Light rail is easily accessible from the Homestead Village II neighborhood, with the nearest RTD station at I-25 and Arapahoe Rd.
